To the beach

We brought Celeste to East Coast beach.
Its was a fine and sunny day, she definitely got much darker :-o
But she had great fun!



She enjoyed the bicycle ride tremendously and nearly fell asleep..arrgh... feeling hot and tired now.

Lunar New Year - 1st Day

@ Popo's house, Celeste treating the mandarin oranges like balls and toys, throwing them around, bruising them in the process.. poor oranges and poor Popo, she has to finish up the oranges soon.

Being so "Kpo" more than $ minded at this age, she is opening up red packets left on the table that is not hers... well, she can be excused for being rude at this age :-)

CNY Eve

This set was given by a relative a year ago during one of the CNY visiting.
Its the first and last time Celeste will be wearing.. not because it will be too small for her soon, because she is so active, she tore the pants with 2 seperate holes! :-p

@ week 28

The final trimester starts this week; it's my monthly routine check up today. Through the ultrasound scan, we see that Baby Zenith is growing well,weighs nearly 1.6kg and his head has also turned down.

I was pretty concerned if i will be having a C-Section or Natural delivery this time round. Dr Jen advised that if Zenith is going to be the same size as Celeste, there is a high chance of me going through C-section. Besides, i have undergone C-section in the past, there is a risk of rupturing my uterus if i were to delivery naturally :-( This makes me worry if i were to try delivering normally.

Well, whether its a C-section or Natural, i will oblige as long as Zenith is doing fine :-)

We brought Celeste to swim again since the wet and cold season is over...

Its nice seeing her having so much fun, not afraid of the water though she dropped into the water twice and swallowed much chorine water. She is also no longer interested to use the swimming float, she prefers to walk in the water now! A big gal now :-)

Cruise 2006

It was Celeste's first holiday! We were so excited! Celeste enjoyed the most during the trip, having so much fun running from room corridors to ship deck, experiencing new things and enjoying the beautiful scenery & sea breeze!

Grandma 60th Birthday!

Po Po bought me this set of Sailor's suit, everyone loves it! But too bad, Mummy & Daddy ain't taking this suit along to the cruise.

Its not my birthday yet i get to unwrap present! Its a belated Xmas Present from Paul,Kim & Kate from NZ. Thanks, i love the Story Book & Maisy Farm VCD!

Its grandma's turn to unwrap the present we got for her, she loves it!

It's a Swarovski crystal with four parakeets. The 4 parakeets represent Kate, Celeste and coming new additions baby Zenith & Faith in May.

I am 15th mth today!

Celeste took her jab at 15th mth, was screaming so loudly! I bet this jab must be a painful one. So here's an update on Celeste's growth rate :

Weight : 10.68kg
Height : 77.5cm

She seems to be a chubby baby despite being a fussy eater, and her weight gain is faster as compared to her height gain. Well, just take a look at her parents :) hahahah

Passport Photo

Celeste's first passport photo taken at 14 mths, no smiles nvm, as long as she is looking at the screen. Yippe! We are going on a cruise in Jan :-)

Progress

The child’s behavior changes a lot as weeks pass. She learns new tricks, observes the others and imitates the adults and you will be surprised by her actions! She enjoys playing passing the ball game, doesn’t want to be carried out from her bath, tests her limits when we say “No”, and is walking better now.

It’s also a new challenge when we bring her out these days. Yesterday, she started walking on her own at the shopping mall we thought it was a major accomplishment! At the same time, unknowingly to us, she revealed another side of her. After gaining her independence, she refuses to sit in her pram for long, wants to walk around and explore, refuses to be carried at times, struggles when we try to carry her away while she is exploring on the ground, protesting every time she doesn’t get her way. Mark is having his backache now from his constant carrying and bending over to watch over Celeste while I can’t help much because of my pregnancy… besides, she sticks to her dad more than me :-(

Nevertheless, it’s a joy watching yr child grow up… life has never been more complete than now… :-)

A Walk by the Park

As usual, Celeste's bonding time with Papa...

Celeste's first time to the beach with Grandma, its nice just to enjoy the sea breeze...she was really curious over the waves :0

We didn't get to play on the beach, but Celeste enjoyed just as much!
