Utilities Bill

Super bad mood today but when i reached home, it pleased me a tiny bit. My utility bill for Oct actual reading cost $185.07! That's record low considering we are a big household staying in the private apartment where subsidy is minimal & there are 4 toilets in the house. Way to go!
