Just the Beach
We took an another day off today so we could spend some quality time with the kids before Mark goes overseas again for 2 months. Its either Zoo or the beach since the kids are old enough to enjoy them both. We head down to the East Coast as early as 8am. We collected some sea shells back for them, Faith did the same thing when she went Bintan 2 weeks ago. There weren't many to pick along the beach, but we managed to pick a few simple ones, thats enough to make them happy for now!
After playing at the beach, we proceed to ride the bicycle. Mark ferried Celeste, while i ferried Zenith. My MIL & Cecile each took their own bike. Its so tiring ferrying Zenith with me!!! I couldn't take it due to lack of exercise especially UP SLOPE!!! I had no choice but go GO ALL THE WAY because I can't possibly take over Celeste while MIL and Cecile couldnt handle Zenith on the bike.
The children had an Extremely Fun Day and I'm so glad we brought them out today!

Lunar New Year - 2nd Day
Its an exhausting day today as we visited 4 places, but it was FUN to catch up with everyone! Here's the start of the day at 9AM

VERY TIRED!
He's so tired but he's so hungry! And he's not giving up his food for his sleep! This is also his first time falling asleep in the high chair. Surprising, he could still chew his food very well.
Lunar New Year Day 1 - 2nd Half
Theme has changed to Vietnamese Style, Grandpa got them these when he visited Vietnam last year, isnt' the dress pretty? Handsome boy, pretty gal!
Zenith has become quite cheeky and mischevious, always hugging Celeste from behind to push her to walk, or trying to make fun of her!
Celeste being emotional, getting irritated with the brother, and this cycle goes on everyday!

Today, we visited 2 places + followed Grandpa to the temple for some prayers. The children had their fair share of TIT-BITS Non-stop! And We had Mac Donalds for Lunch as that seemed to be the only restaurant opened, even KFC was closed!

Zenith is getting VERY Active, Very Assertive, EXTREMELY Naughty! Its so hard to put him to bed now, he just wants to play the whole time especially with Celeste. Now he likes to wrestler Celeste and disturbs Celeste all the time! Its just impossible to keep him down... so tiring to shout at them all the time.
HUAT AH!
Our reunion dinner, this time ordered from a old restaurant in Chinatown. Food was great and portion was BIG!

Happy Chinese New Year
There is little much we can do to her short hair, its just growing too slowly! Anyway, We are looking forward to the Chinese New Year Holidays with new clothes, endless feasting of goodies & Yu Sheng!
My hope for 2009 is good health and happiness for my family & friends, better stock market so i can have more $, more good luck & opportunities for Mark & myself, for Celeste to cry less & Zenith to grow up bigger!

Dessert Bowl
We went to check out the "Dessert Bowl" which Fern always recommended at Serangoon Gardens. Its so well recommended! Not only its cheap, the dessert taste good and the place is cozy too :)
Bottle Tree
It was our first time dining at the Bottle Tree Restaurant, ambience is very good with many water catchment area and its breezy, but food is only so-so.
