Marina Barrage

Its our first time there, and you will be surprised! Its so crowded! The whole Marina Bay area has changed so much. I remembered those days when we used to eat the $10 steamboat and also flew kite when i was stil in my Sec school days. Looks like the whole of Marina Bay area is under construction for the IR. The Marina Barrage has a huge catchment area of 10,000 hectares and overlooks the Marina Bay Area, the view from the top of the bridge is really great at night! Go check it out yrself! The Little Ones

She's One!

Geraldine celebrated her 1 year old party today!! Celeste as usual was really shy, it took her awhile to get into the hse, Kwee Hon managed to lead her into the hse! Geraldine looking her best today at her party, her mummy managed to keep her hair down with that pretty hairband :)

Long weekend

We are enjoying the long weekend.... not feeling so sian this evening because its another REST DAY tomorrow!! Hurray! We went to visit JJ, he is 4 months old now, he's knows how to stretch his hands for toys and has learnt to laugh too :)

Zen 20 Months Old

Zenith is almost 20 Months old! He knows how to smile for my camera :)

Cecile brings him down for a morning walk every morning, at times, he got mistaken as a gal!! He was pushing his toy stroller and a auntie commented why isn't there a baby inside for him to push. So Cecile replied, boys cannot play dolls, and the Auntie reply was, he is a BOY??

Zenith is talking more and picking up words faster now though he still blabbers alot. He's favourite words are still NO and Don't want. At times i asked him to give me a kiss, he will reply No... and secretly smiled, he sure knows how to tease me, knowing i wanted that kiss so much :p

He doesn't really call me alot, he prefers to call Papa and looks out for him when Mark walks away. He likes to call mama (for grandma), Jie Jie, Ye Ye (grandpa) and knows how to point and call Popo when he sees her photos! He has yet to address her personally!!

When we visit the supermarket and spots his milk, he points and says Milk and loves to repeat after us like Haha.. he will repeat Ha... that's really funny!

And when he sees dog, he will say Dog, "woah woah" and he links Duck to "Quack Quack". The most funny thing is when Celeste cries and gets really loud, Zenith will ask her to "STOP" and points his finger at her and says Shhhh.... i think he learnt that from me!

Celeste and him plays role playing at times. Celeste will ask Zenith to sleep, close his eyes and suck his fingers, then Zen will listen to his sister, and pretends to close his eyes and fall asleep! Its fun to see them play together, though most of the times, they end up fighting over toys.

Counting to our Holiday!

Hurray!!! Just 10 more days and counting to our Family Holiday in China/HK! Its going to be a very cold holiday, according to the weather forecast, its already 0-16 degrees now in HK! Wont that be so relaxing........ :)

Start of our Long Weekend!!

To celebrate the coming long weekend, we brought the children to Icekimo for an ice-cream treat! Friday evening is just not the day to stay @ home to rot! I'm so happy, the next few days will be continuous of shopping!!

Fever

Celeste is having a fever, she knows how to take her own temperature, though she doesn't know how to read the numbers on it! She is learning to be independent!

First Dental Visit

Celeste's first time to the dentist and she's 3 years old. No doubt its only her milk teeth, but she had v bad stains on the two front teeth due to excessive prune juice. Even daddy said there's no need to go, its only milk teeth and besides, will Celeste allow the Dentist to clean her teeth?

Well! I still brought her to the dentist, i was quite determined to clean up the stain! And now, I'm so proud of her! She didn't give a struggle at all! Initially she was quite intimidated with the equipment around her and didn't want to sit on her chair herself, so she sat on my lap while her teeth was cleaned. When the Dentist asked her if she is attending school, she could still ack back by nodding her head. Good Gal!

Miss Grandeur 8

Our newly crowned Miss Granduer 8 :) She's 38 months old, weighs 14kg and is above 90cm.

Faith with Zen

Faith prefers hanging out with Celeste, she was really frightened when Zenith put his arms round her, sometimes when Zenith wants to hold Faith's hands and walk together, she resisted. She only wants to hold Celeste's hands.. Poor Zen. He's out casted in the family of 3 gals.

19 Months

Zenith has a bigger vocab, he's learning how to repeat after us. For now, his favourite words are, NO! Go away! No more & Bye. Celeste used to say NO all the time too! We hope he can say nicer things soon like, Yes! I Love you etc hee..

Naughty Spot

Somebody got punished...! Grandma punished him by putting him at the naughty corner because he just continued to play with the sliding doors, climbing up chairs etc when being told to stop several times. Poor Zenith almost shed tears when he wasn't allowed to leave his spot by Grandma.

Black Monday!

What luck today! Its my first time into an accident! This uncle bumped into my front bumper while he was tring to park! At first he was apologetic, then he became defensive! He is the hokkien kind lor, trying to scare me! Spoilt my entire evening! Damn suay lor!!

Then it was Zenith's injury on his forehead. He slipped and fell and knocked against the wall while playing catching with Celeste. So heartpain when i see the bump get bigger and bruised! Tomorrow no mood to work liao!

Weekend

Weekend just passed in a glance, waited 5 days just to get 2 days off! Sat did some viewing, brought the children to have lunch @ Ikea and spent the rest of the evening @ home with the kids. Daddy had to attend a wedding dinner.
On Sun, Auntie Cecile's off and to save time, we packed the children to bathe together since they enjoyed it too.

Went over to Aunt Lynn's hse for a nice home cooked lunch! Yummy! Food was great! Here's granny with her 3 grandchildren, and Celeste's with her usual pose of "cheese" covering her face! Silly gal!

Baby JJ is 3 Months old! He is definitely growing to be bigger than Zenith!

Play

As i will be getting busier soon, i really appreciate times when i can spend more time with the kids, just doing nothing, holding and touching them is good enough. Spending the time with them, see them holding hands to climb up the stairs, see them play along with lots of laughter, makes me feel warm and happy.... :) I love them!

I found this photo when Zenith was just 6 months old, on his first trip to KL. He was so chubby then, i think he's much cuter looking. Miss those baby fats, where have they gone?

Finger Licking

We found this photo taken when he was 12 months old, indulged in his little habit of sucking his 2 fingers while stroking his cheeks at the same time. Till now, he is hooked in doing this when he's sleepy.

Grandma Is Back!

We went to T2 to pick Grandma up, she's back from her Taiwan trip! She had a very enjoyable Taiwan trip, visiting hot springs and was happy shopping but complained weather was really hot! We missed her for the past 1 week :) Grandma bought lots of health food from Taiwan this time! But Royal Jelly and Lingzhi are both not to our liking! We prefer lots of clothes or bags! Hahhaha.

Seeing the botak JJ reminds me Zenith had his head shaved too when he was 2 mths old. Here is a pic i put of them together.

Our Home for Dinner

We invited our family over for a home cooked dinner, its also JJ's 1st time to our home. Cecile single handledly whip up nice dishes for our guests this Sunday!
