2nd Day in School

I sneaked off after he finished breakfast, he panicked, cried and looked everywhere for me! I left after i stopped hearing him cry. Teacher Jane held on to him...
He was special today, hahah, he need not line up together with the rest during the National Anthem, he stood beside the teacher and continued to suck his fingers..

He sticked with Teacher Jane though he didn't belong to the Playgroup :)
Like i said, he is special today...

Firs Day @ School

@ First, he was happy to follow Jie Jie to school, delighted to see so many toys around and finds his meals yummy! But cried when he finds me missing, i sneaked out to get some snacks for myself.

They woke up at 7am to get ready for school. I bought him his favourite choo choo train bag while Grandma bought him his Choo Choo train water bottle!

Yummy cereal With milk, he learns how to self feed in school. Auntie Cecile usually feeds him @ home to avoid the mess.

Waiting around with his friends after his breakfast, water time! The school trains the children to drink lots of water throughout the day.

Fashion Earring??

New Hairdo

Auntie Lynn gave me a soft perm, its been 5 years since i last permed my hair. Ever since i was pregnant with Celeste, i stopped most of the hair activities. Aunt says my hair looks so flat, its time to give it some volume. I was hesitant at first to perm because i didn't want to look too auntie, but she said TRY! Ok, Now i quite like my new hairstyle although i do look more mature now! Friends say i finally look like a Mother now! :)

Helping out

Recently Celeste been bringinng home some homework which involves parent's involvement. One of them needs to be written in Mandarin, it requires us to list down the chores which Celeste helps out at home for 1 week. 打扫房间 was one of them, and i thought her how to use the cloth to clean the furniture in the room. She seems to enjoy the chores. This evening, she was excited again to help me out with the cleaning, she asked for the cloth, and was so diligent to help me clean the dust off the corners of the cupboard etc. I think this is a good practice! Housework must be done from young! Those who read this must be thinking mummy also nv do right?? Dont be mistaken k, before i got married, i was so hardworking @ home, ask Margaret lor :P When Cecile is gone, i would have to pick up the ropes again!

My First Skool

Well, Cecile finally broke the news to me that she decided to go back now!! That's like after changing her mind umpteen times.. Ok air-ticket has been booked on the 2nd May, Zenith will be joining Celeste for school 27th April! :)

Birthday BBQ for Zen!

It was a well celebrated birthday party for Zen, all his little cousins were present except for Baby JJ who was unwell. The food was great, ambience was cosy, weather was good and getting breezy by the night. The party ended with a little Nice Thomas the Train cake which was Zen's favourite cartoon character! Most importantly, Zenith and the rest of the kids enjoyed themselves ALOT!

Zen is officially 2 years old today!! He's such an active boy now that he's always getting into trouble! Check out the bruises on his cheeks & forehead + he caught the flu bug today! Poor boy.

Eileen came to work with a wig today and she look so good!! Just like those characters from Disneyland! A few of us tried on the wig too! We look hilarious instead!! Here's a new version of me ! hahah. Fern says i look like my Mummy now, much older, there are other worse comments! hahah Its all for the fun of it! :)

Turning 2!

Hoo Hoo, Zen's turning 2 years old in 3 hrs time! We have planned for a small celebration for him with family tomorrow! It will be a BBQ held at our house's pool side. Stay tuned to fresh photos posted tomorrow :)

Cousins Back for Visit

Uncle Peter & Family are back from Perth for a short holiday, it was also Caselyn's birthday today. I'm motivated that my next holiday destination should be Perth!

Mum's 60th Birthday Celebration!

Celebrated at Long Beach Seafood Restaurant @ Kallang.

Baby JJ (8 mths old), already feeling sleepy even before dinner is served.

Our first course is served with the longevity buns prepared by the restaurant. Initially we were disappointed that the buns did not look very nice, but the good taste overtook the outlook, it was quite nice!

Zenith enjoys his shares too and he had 2 before he starts his main course.

Overall, a very pleasant experience at the restaurant, nice good, good service & reasonably priced. Mummy was happy to have celebrated her birthday there too! Good thing Kwee Hon tried this restaurant some weeks back and commented was quite good!
