Countdown

Another 2 weeks and Papa will be back for a short break! I'm tired... looking forward to us spending quality time together :-)

Lunch at Mandai Orchid Garden

Its our usual department lunch again, this time at Mandai Orchid Garden. Nice Orchids but restaurant was so-so only!

OMG!

Whats happening to them? Gosh. Celeste just fell off the bed while rolling around before bedtime and before i could grap hold of her, she fell off the high bed and knock her head against the metal railing at the window. Cried so badly and went to sleep. Poor gal.. wish Papa is here to pamper her :0

Its Zen's turn

Poor boy, he was coughing so badly this evening so i decided to bring him to the clinic again. He's having mild Bronchitis but the Paediatrician said its ok because he's still a happy baby. Hope it goes away soon :(

Celeste knows how to give me encouragement! She knows i am pretty new to driving and each time i finish parking my car,
she says Nice, Ok :-). How sweet of her!

A Happy child

Celeste has been very well behaved, very different from the last time before Papa left for work. Not sure if its due to Papa's absence or if she has grown up to understand our instructions better. She doesn't throw tantrums like she used to, is less demanding, understands what No means, listens to us readily and is ready to share with her brother her toys. I have stopped losing my cool, stops scolding her and punishing her physically. At times, I just look at her and tell myself she has become such a darling, all i need to do is to reason with her and she understands. She even knows how to please me by saying yes at times... instead of No all the time. Seems like discipline helps in the first place!

Again?

My dear daughter is sick again, it seems to be so frequent ever since she went childcare. In other words, its never ending... She came down with high fever the night before and still having it this morning. She might miss out on her botanical garden trip tomorrow since she wont be going to school. I have even got her raincoat all ready for the trip. Such a pity! Her appetite has grown a lot recently but her immunity seems to be pretty weak even with her taking more protein. The good thing is, Celeste is still at her usual self, very much lively,cheerful and chatty :-). Except that I can feel and hear her discomfort during the night. Poor gal. Hope she gets well soon in time for the Xmas!

Hello!

Zenith just turned 7 Months old.

^^ Our KL Trip ^^

Home sweet home finally! Its really tiring for all of us, had a good sleep last night and still feeling tired this morning. Its a 3D trip to KL but it seemed pretty long enough to me. The kids behaved well on the 5 hr drive to KL and enjoyed the trip until Zenith came down with fever/tummy ache on the second night and cried so much in the night. We aren't sure if its because he is teething or was it because we fed him too much yogurt the first time. Fortunately, he recovered the next day. Celeste enjoyed the most during the trip with lots of love from Gong Gong, Popo, Yi ma and Yi Jeong :)

What i enjoyed the most was the time we can spend as family :-) Looking forward to our next trip as a family again!

Coming 7 months

Zenith seen here with cousin Faith. When he gets enough rest, his eyes really sparkles! He gets easily tickled when his name is being called and enjoys playing with Jie Jie. He's becoming more assertive, he stretches out his hand to ask to be carried and cries when his toy is snatched away by Jie Jie. It is a funny sight to me right now, but i know it won't be funny when he gets older and starts to fight with Jie Jie.

New Toy

Zenith had a try in Faith's Exersaucer, he enjoyed exploring them! He had fun!

Good Training

Celeste helping grandma to pluck Tao Gei! She is also sick now, down with Flu, fever and cough :(

Ear Infection

Zenith is down, he's got a ear infection, a condition known as acute otitis media. Fever also appears. No wonder he has been crying for the past few nights, but last night was worst. He cried the whole night till 5am and all of us didn't sleep a wink.
Hopefully, he feels better tonight after medication.

She still cries after i leave her there but stops after awhile :-) Great!

Very good! Celeste is usually quite possessive of her things, especially things she is currently using. But she is learning to share her things with Zenith now, including her favourite Lego Car set and her Stroller which Popo bought :-) That makes it easier for us.
